Pledges can be fulfilled by:
- Cash: MUST be in an envelope marked “annual pledge” along with your name
- Check: Pay to the order of: UUFSU, P.O. Box 3142, St. George, UT 84771
- Online payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer: The payment link will appear in the confirmation email after you submit this form.
